Responsibilities:

• Uphold Massage Envy's Mission, Vision, and Values.
  
• Ensure location performance focusing on key metrics such as Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements.
  
• Monitor staffing levels across departments to ensure appropriate staffing.
  
• Coach, develop, and retrain team members to meet sales and service expectations.
  
• Maintain licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with relevant regulations.
  
• Provide ongoing training on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics for professional development.
  
• Resolve customer service issues and identify systemic opportunities for improvement.
  
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives.
  
• Manage location's payroll and inventory, review reports, and address profitability opportunities.
  
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with the Area Director to celebrate wins and address concerns.

  Qualifications:
  
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
  
• Understanding of Profit & Loss statements.
  
• Leadership experience, preferably in Spa/Salon management.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
