• Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours/week -- 13 week assignment
• 30 points/week productivity expectation
• Home health setting
• AZ License Required
• Supervises PT Assistants and Home Health Aides
• Performs evaluations, develops treatment plans, provides therapeutic services
• Home health experience preferred
• No weekend rotation or on-call required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
