Job Description:

a Clinical Lab Assistant I, you will be pivotal in supporting our
mission to deliver timely medical insights by conducting routine
lab tests and procedures. This role requires a detail-oriented and
reliable individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment. You will play an integral part in helping healthcare
providers diagnose and treat medical conditions. Perform routine
laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of certified
medical technologists. Prepare samples for analysis, ensuring
specimen integrity is maintained. Operate and maintain laboratory
equipment per established protocols. Record and verify test results
accurately in the lab information system. Comply with all safety
and infection control standards. Assist with inventory controls to
ensure adequate supplies for lab operations. Proficiency in using
laboratory information systems. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions and
maintain rigorous protocols. Good manual dexterity and attention to
detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Certification as a Laboratory Assistant from a recognized
certification agency is a plus.
